You can take your plan and implement it yourself. If you choose this option, I’ll follow up with a 1-month accountability check-in to make sure everything is going smoothly for you.
Done With You
If you want to get stuck in and implement the plan yourself, but feel unsure of any new software or just want someone there to ask questions as you go, then this option is for you.
We’ll discuss the best way I can support you and decide on a timescale that works for you.
There’s no extra charge for this.
Done For You
I can help you to find someone who will implement your plan for you. You can then either pass on your plan to them or I can work with them directly to ensure everything is in place for you.
If you choose this option, ‘ll provide a quote for supporting you in this way.
You don’t have to decide until after you’ve received your plan, and we can chat through your options together.

Is my service too simple or too complicated for you to help me?
This isn’t about how simple or complicated your service is – it’s about how overwhelmed you feel when you’re delivering it, and whether you’re constantly worried you’re going to drop the ball. Do you need access to my current systems?
Usually no, but if you use an industry-specific system, access may be helpful after our Consultation. You will receive instructions on how to share access securely.
Will you overcomplicate things for me?
No, my intention is always to simplify. I will make recommendations based on how you want your business to run as well as your own personality and preferences.
Will using automation or outsourcing de-personalise my service?
No, quite the opposite! By ensuring key parts of your process are standardised and automated, you’ll have more capacity to work closely with each individual client and really meet their needs, without worrying that you haven’t covered the basics. And by taking the time to focus on your process, you can see where you can do things differently to serve every client even better.
Will you just recommend software that you’re an affiliate for?
I don’t ever want my clients to wonder if I have ulterior motives for my recommendations, so I will never provide affiliate links in your Streamlined Client Management Plan. All advice you receive will be impartial.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my Consultation?
Life can get complicated so if you need to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible. If you change your mind and would like to cancel before your Consultation, I will offer a full refund. After your Consultation, your payment is not refundable.
Please note, I will be honest during your Consultation if I think that Level Up Your Client Management is in fact not a good fit for your business after all, and refund your full fee if this is the case.
